Feeling Baby Pelham Rubber Ankle Joint – Soft leverage with extra control
The Feeling Baby Pelham with a rubber, single-jointed mouthpiece is a gentle yet effective bit for horses that occasionally need a little extra control. Thanks to the short shanks (110 mm), this Pelham bit offers a gentler leverage action than a standard Pelham, while the solid rubber 21 mm mouthpiece ensures gentle and even pressure distribution.
About this bit
Why choose this Pelhambit
Rubber jointed mouthpiece (21 mm) : gentler on sensitive mouths, encourages relaxation
Solid mouthpiece : stable, without feeling sharp
Short shanks (110 mm) : softer leverage, suitable for riders who want more control without overloading the horse
Cyprium core (optional) : often well accepted by the horse due to taste and salivation promotion
Suitable for:
Horses that can become strong or are difficult to ride back
Sensitive horses that do not respond well to sharp metal bits
Advanced riders who want a subtle extra effect during training or at a competition
Riding with double reins or with pelham straps for distributed influence
